The Perris Valley is hot, dry and growing fast. Summer highs average close to 97 degrees in July and August, rain comes mostly in a few winter storms, and new homes and distribution centers keep adding pavement and truck traffic. Asphalt here wears out from the top down, as sun and heat dry out the binder, and from the bottom up, where a thin base or poor drainage lets it sink and crack. Our work is built around both.

How a job runs

• We visit the property, measure, check slope and drainage, and look for soft ground.
• You get a written scope listing removal, base depth, asphalt thickness, edges and any sealing or striping, each priced.
• We tell you whether the work reaches the public right-of-way and, if so, check with the city or Riverside County about what they require.
• Work starts after you approve the scope, and any change is written up and approved before we do it.
• When the job is done, we tell you when to drive on it and when to seal it.
